Gem Arcade is a games platform: browser-playable games from independent developers, playable on the web and in the Gem Arcade app. This page is how to reach us.

For help with the arcade, your account, a purchase, or a game that will not load, email support@gemarcade.com. Telling us which game, which device and what you saw is the fastest route to an answer.

Why does the Store say “Coming soon”?

Buying Gem packs and Boosts is not open yet in the Gem Arcade app for iPhone, iPad and Android. On the Gem Arcade website you can buy them, on any device. In the app you can still open the Store, see what is on offer and reveal today’s deal; pressing Buy says “Coming soon”, and nothing is charged. Gems you already have stay yours, you can still spend them in every game, and you can still earn Gems. Your past purchases stay listed under Transactions in your account. Report a game, or content in a game

Games on Gem Arcade are made by third-party developers. If you find a game, or content inside a game, that you believe is offensive, misleading, unsafe, or in breach of our Terms of Service, please tell us at support@gemarcade.com and name the game.

Signed-in players can also report a game from the game’s own page in the arcade, which attaches the details of what you were playing.

Your account

You do not need an account to play many of the games in the arcade. An account is required for features that involve other players, and for saving what belongs to you.

If you cannot sign in, email support@gemarcade.com. If you want to delete your account, you can do that yourself from the Account section of the arcade once signed in; write to us if you need help.

Children and minors

Gem Arcade is not intended for or directed to children under the age of thirteen (13). Users aged thirteen (13) or older but under the age of majority may use Gem Arcade only with the consent and supervision of a parent or legal guardian — see Terms of Service. Parents and guardians with a question or concern can reach us at support@gemarcade.com.
